Purchase Order Terms & Conditions of Use
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 All Purchase orders numbers MUST be present on all correspondences including delivery notes, invoices and statements for cross reference. If the Purchase order number is not present Tifco Ltd will not process final payment.
1.2 It is the responsibility of all vendors to ensure their prices have been updated on the Purchase Order system and that the vendor has communicated properly all Terms & Conditions related to their account. We will only pay out on the last price that has been negotiated with the purchasing department.
1.3 Tifco reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and it is the obligation of the Supplier to check same from time to time.
1.4 The supplier shall not provide to any third parties any information that could reasonably identify any party which uses any Tifco. Company information, including name, address, mailing address, shipping address, email address, telephone numbers, fax numbers, account details, and transaction history within Tifco that remain private and strictly confidential.
1.5 This PO and any attachments are confidential and may be the subject of legal professional privilege and are intended only for the use of the addressee. Any unauthorised direct or indirect dissemination, use, disclosure or copying is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful. Please delete any Purchase orders received in error.
