Executive Head Chef Paul Devoy takes the best of local artisan produce to design dishes that embrace freshness and ensure quality of flavour, with seasonal menus that showcase the best of Irish produce throughout the year.

Executive Head Chef Paul Devoy's philosophy is simple: he uses the best of locally sourced produce to create seasonal dishes that embrace freshness and quality of flavour.
Since receiving its first AA Rosette in July 2014, Fahrenheit Restaurant was proudly awarded a second in July 2015 in recognition of its culinary excellence.
